Key Responsibilities:

• Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
• Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on buying, selling, and renting real estate.
• Negotiate contracts, write offers, and manage transactions from start to finish.
• Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs and satisfaction are met.
• Attend networking events and other real estate industry events to continue to build relationships and expand your network.
• Continuously educate yourself on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year proven track record as a real estate agent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Valid UAE driving license
