Job Description

The Food and Beverage Trainer will lead Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Food and Beverage Division in achieving a service culture epitmized by 5-Star luxury ensuring Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai and property-specific standards are achieved.

A key member of the Food and Beverage division, The Food and Beverage Trainer will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Food and Beverage Colleagues and Leaders in creating a culture. To create “an energetic and exciting learning environment” across F&B, ensuring we work toward improving knowledge; skills and behaviors that are needed to drive business results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is an asset
• Minimum of 2-3 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role in a large luxury hotel
• Previous experience with hands on training is a strong asset
• This position requires a collaborative, engaging, focused individual who understands the business needs and can translate this knowledge into highly effective training and development programs
• Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management
• Patient, with good problem solving and time management skills
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
• Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and presentation skills
• Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
