Work alongside senior leadership to plan and lead on the development of strategies that are in line with the client brief, vision and ambitionOffer guidance and consulting expertise throughout all stages of the project life cycle, from initial planning, concept design, brand strategy as well as asset creationProvide ongoing coaching and mentoring support to the staff to encourage their development and increase overall capabilities within the teamLeveraging deep industry understanding to review the strategies developed by the team prior to submission to clientDeveloping a collaborative environment that covers the team and clients, that encourages regular input and recommendations from all key stakeholders to produce viable solutionsConduct extensive benchmarking and analytical reviews within industry to justify recommendations to clients

Profile
Proven work experience developing strategies within luxury hospitality, tourism and destination design sectors, ideally within a consulting firmDemonstrate stable and grounded leadership, offering consistent support to colleaguesAbility to coach and mentor a team to develop new skills, seek professional stretch opportunities and push through barriers to achieve growth in their careers, benefiting the business overall in the processHappy working autonomously, with the confidence to tackle projects by themselves before escalating to C-level.Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
