Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Handle day-to-day tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting in various administrative duties.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Data Management: Assist in managing and maintaining company databases. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Office Organization: Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
Doentation: Prepare and modify doents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Ensure accuracy and completeness of doents.
Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of office expenses and costs. Prepare and submit expense reports as required.

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,800.00 per month
