Description:
We are in need of a Korean Chef for our restaurant in Dubai.
• Must have working experience in Korean Cuisine
• Responsible for managing the kitchen
• Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards;
• Checking and approving orders before served to customers
• Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines;
• Ensure food prepared is according to the set menu specifications (pictures or/and portions) thus maintaining high standards set by the Head Chef;
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination;
• Make sure to report immediately any hazardous conditions, near misses and
injuries to the supervisor;
