Job Description:

Join the Hilton team as a Front Office Supervisor and assist in the daily management of Front Office operations while actively participating in a project that showcases the skills required in the hotel management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Office Supervisor, your role involves assisting in the daily management of Front Office operations and collaborating with customers and Guests as part of a project aimed at demonstrating the skills necessary in the hotel management sector. Your duties will include:

• Supervising the efficient operations of the reception, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Providing support to team members in addressing guest requests and inquiries to ensure positive outcomes.
• Keeping the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed of any relevant feedback from Guests and other departments.
• Demonstrating a consistently high level of customer service.
• Communicating information about special events or VIP Guests staying at the hotel for events or general accommodations.
• Gaining a thorough understanding of all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other product knowledge essential for daily duties.
• Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team, with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
• Maximizing room occupancy and utilizing upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Ensuring team members possess current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, the local area, and other general product knowledge essential for their roles.
• Demonstrating positive leadership qualities that inspire team members to exceed standards.
• Complying with fire, health, and safety regulations and following correct procedures when required.
• Adhering to company brand standards.
• Offering assistance to other departments as needed and maintaining positive working relationships with team members.
• Collaborating with your Manager to identify and complete a specific project during your internship placement.
