Job Description
As an Office Assistant, you will be a valuable member of our team, contributing to the efficient operation of our office environment. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and departments. Act as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational and time- management skills. Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Visa Medical will be provided.
