· Responding proactively and timely to lift breakdowns aiming to always achieve first time fix.
· Resolving any long-standing lift faults, achieving zero defect insurance items and maintaining contractual KPI’s through the reduction of lift breakdowns
· Carrying out minor lift repairs to achieve continual lift operation
Have in-depth knowledge of a variety of different makes and types of equipment; stair-lift experience would be desirable but is not essential
· Demonstrate that you can apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis
· Have strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with key account
