Position: Admin and Listing Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Admin and Listing Coordinator. This position is critical to our real estate team as it involves both administrative responsibilities and listing properties for sale and rent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of real estate operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic real estate agency.
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate administration or coordination is a must.
Prior experience in listing at Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut.
Knowledgeable in CRM Software.
Knowledgeable about Trakheesi system and creating ad permits.
Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, and team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various real estate software programs.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
