One of our Client in Dubai are looking for Home Care Nurses for their Home Care facilities operations.
Job Title : Home Care Nurse – Female
Job Responsibilities:
Listen to patients and respond to their concerns
Administer medication as prescribed by the patients Physician
Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable
Performs evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review
Monitors patient recovery and compile reports for the attending Physician
Assess patient’s condition during every visit and chart every observations
Coordinate with Therapists or Physicians and anyone involved in the patients care plan
Educate patients and their families on proper home healthcare strategies and procedures
Provide suggestions to the Physician or family members to improve the health of the patient
Provide health care services in patients residences
Perform domestic and household task
Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
Administer simple prescribed medication
Assist with clients personal care activities
Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
Maintain patients care records and document provided services
Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
Collect routine specimens
Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience from a Healthcare or Medical industry
- DHA / HAAD license or eligibility is a must
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions but also can act independently if necessary
- Active listening and comprehending skills
- Physically and mentally prepared
- Excellent communication skills
