Job Brief:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our accounting department. Youll be responsible for performing financial & cost analysis and preparing budget reports. You should possess excellent analytical skills along with the ability to combine different data and calculate various information. Our ideal candidate should also be able to create detailed reports that present cost-effective solutions for our company. Ultimately, you should build updated databases and manage cost information which assist to maximize profitability for our company.

Assisting in month-end and year-end closing. Preparation and review of MIS reports. Preparation of adhoc reports from time to time as per the requirement.

Designing and implementing cost accounting systems Analyzing production costs and recommending changes Developing & Implementing cost standards for materials and labor Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.

Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department) Preparation of production reports and monitoring unit cost variance. Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Finance & Cost Analyst or similar role.

Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with accounting software, like ERP; SAP Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail Strong time management skills Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.

Effective communication, including writing, speaking and active listening Collaboration and teamwork At least 3 years of working experience as finance analyst preferably for a manufacturing company.
