Job Description :

• Act as the point of contact between brokers and internal/external clients.
• Screen, direct phone calls/emails and monitor other property advertisement portals.
• Register/Ensure developer agreements, marketing material and inventory are up to date.
• To Input the property listings and be responsible for the overall management of the CRM system.
• To manage and maintain online Webportals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• To Coordinate with the Developers and Landowners regarding the propertys availability and updated pricing.
• Maintain and manage the advertisement and verification of properties in property portals and respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals.
• To make the reports for the manager ensuring all related documents, agreements, and lease records are well-maintained and organized.
• Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations.

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in a Dubai real estate firm.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in the English language (written and spoken), Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience using call management / good telephone manners and ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and excellent time management
