• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and costs.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and price fit-out materials, furniture, and fixtures from both local and international markets.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and cost estimates.
• Provide timely and comprehensive reports on project costs, budget variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with the design and project management teams to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design intent.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging technologies in the fit-out industry.
• Utilize your expertise to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

Are you a skilled Estimator and Cost Controller with extensive experience in the fit-out industry? Do you possess a deep understanding of both the UAE and Turkish markets, especially in terms of fit-out furniture, materials, and costs? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator and Cost Controller in the fit-out industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE and Turkish markets, particularly in fit-out furniture, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, etc.) is preferred.
