Job Opening: Admin/Receptionist
Our Company:
Golden Gateway Realestate company seeking a skilled , Experienced and dedicated Admin/Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
We are currently looking for a proactive and highly-organized individual to fill the role of Admin/Receptionist at our Business Bay office. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
– Managing and directing incoming phone calls and emails
– Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
– Coordinating office supplies and equipment
– Handling mail and correspondence
– Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office
– Providing support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as an Admin/Receptionist or in a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other )
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Professional and pleasant demeanor
– Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
