We have openings for a number of experienced sales hires to join our team and help drive our future growth.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is experienced in B2B sales and would like to join a growing team in one of the largest sectors in the global economy.

We expect a natural relationship builder who has a proven ability to grow pipeline and meet sales targets. Ideally, this individual has experience selling software to construction, mining or and engineering related field in the region. The position will be Dubai, UAE -based, but will require travel to other countries in the region.

Responsibilities:

• With support from a BDR and the senior team, build an opportunity pipeline and hit monthly sales targets.
• Leverage outbound and inbound sales techniques to create new business opportunities.
• Consult and meet with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs, address commercial questions and negotiate large enterprise deals.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and prospects through networking events and customer entertainment.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM system to document sales activities, update and cleanse CRM data, and carry out data-building activities in support of sales campaigns.
• Develop creative strategies to help sales team achieve targets, including creating new sales presentations and sales/marketing campaigns.
• Attend sales meetings (with BDE) when required and keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms.
