Sales Associate

Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from online sources.
• Engage with clients and get all necessary information about client needs.
• Ensure smooth transfer of clients to ICS/OCS.
• Generate leads by creating engaging online content.
• Book appointments and with clients for viewing do follow up.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients about their preferences, interests and requirements in booking apartments.
• Explain all terms and conditions to clients.
• Keep clients engaged by building a relationship with them Address all client concerns.
• Ensure no misunderstanding, no delays in execution and no wrong information exchange.
• Make professional relationships with following department; OCS & ICS.
• Upload customer details on CRM platform
• Submit accurate details to team leaders and managers.

Job Requirements :

• Good understanding of all social media platforms, especially Facebook.
• Multilingual will be plus, especially Arabic speakers.
• Proficient in marketing research and social media operations.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
