Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
•Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
•Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat and presentable.
•Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
•Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
•Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
•Respond to inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
•Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
•Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
•Previous UAE experience is highly promoted.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
The candidate must be in UAE. All the benefits will be provided as per UAE Law. Asian preferred.
