Via Medica International Healthcare Hiring for Fleet Coordinator at Abu Dhabi Full Time

Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet Department in Abu Dhabi UAE.

A fleet coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of a fleet of vehicles for a company or organization. Their primary role is to ensure that the fleet operates efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively to support the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years working experience in Fleet with Hands On SAP, IVMS for vehicle tracking.

Responsibilities (not limited to the following below)

  • Creating Job Order and raising PR in the SAP
  • Encoding timesheet of vehicles in SAP – Pool vehicles & Ambulances
  • Encoding timesheet of drivers in SAP
  • Following up with Procurement team to release POs
  • Raising MRF for Drivers and Materials
