About the role:
We are currently seeking an organized, proactive HR Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the blend of administrative duties and people-oriented tasks, within the dynamic environment of real estate and finance. What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screenings and interview scheduling.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
- Managing HR records, including employee data, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Coordinating training sessions and seminars, enhancing skill development and performance.
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
- Addressing employee inquiries and problems, offering timely and supportive solutions.
- Collaborating with the HR team to review procedures and improve HR functions.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates with experience in Human Resources, preferably within the real estate or financial sectors.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficient in HR systems and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Deal Breaker: The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR roles, with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Remote Status: Onsite in Dubai, UAE
