Job Details :

• Min 1-2 years’ Experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance in UAE.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.
• Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
• Good knowledge in preparing quotation and estimation.
• Understanding the sector-specific needs of clients and working with the expert teams to supply potential candidates
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business
• Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
• Must have valid UAE driving license
