Summary:

The Portfolio performance AM will be handling and maintaining controls on functions and engagements using a well-defined strategy in compliance with company regulations and protocols.

The role will be responsible for analyzing the cost-effectiveness of medical providers, improving the performance of accounts, and streamlining the underwriting process.

Main Tasks:

• Monitor key accounts and perform regular CFRs (closed file reviews)2.Identify and Analyze root causes of top losing-losing groups to formulate practical recommendations and best practices to improve business, assess risk and compliance adherences processes in addition to reporting findings on a monthly basis.3.Ensuring all regulations, procedures, and policies are diligently followed and complied with.4.Collaborates with actuarial team, underwriters, accounts, claims experts, and senior management to help companies develop plans for new lines of business or improving existing business.5.Design and develop control strategies that would assist in minimizing leakages.6.Provide advice, support, and guidance to the business, which might be in the form of formal advisory reports.7.Ensure open actions are visible and actioned on time. This will include an element of advising the business on the sustainability of the activity to close the action(s).

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree ; Certification in Actuarial Science preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry in a senior position.
• Experience in auditing, audit management, underwriting skills, business planning and reporting roles.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
