With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for Director of Catering & Events to join the One&Only F&B team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes in managing the overall Catering & Events functions to maximize resorts revenue and profit within the guidelines of established Catering & Events policies and procedures.

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Catering & Events department in luxury resorts or five star hotels, be well presented, dedicated and passionate in driving quality service.

Must be experienced and able to manage a dynamic team effectively comprising both Corporate and Weddings. Must understand the European and GCC market and has a strong familiarity with key luxury sellers/travel partners. Should have proven track record in Sales & Events management at resort level. Excellent spoken and written English is required.
