Job Description
Providing support to our Managers and Employees.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations.
Monitor and stock office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and other necessary materials.
Welcome guests and provide them promptly with any beverages or other things that visitors may require.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Assist in basic clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and doent organization.
Provide support and assisting other administrative staff or department in wide range of office duties as needed
