RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Responsible for managing a sales team of 3+ people Setting direction with clear objectives and KPIs Giving performance feedback in monthly 121s and half yearly and annual reviews. Assists in the development and execution of the sales strategy Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Collaborate with global teams to deliver tender responses Articulate and passionate Experience in writing compelling tender responses Ability to wok across divisions and inspire collaboration Networks, Partners and Leads in representing the business at conferences, seminars and exhibitions Deliver sales meetings that inspire and drive accountability within the sales team along with quality sales content for continuous improvement Report commercial figures and pipeline to senior management Leading tender processes and responses
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Excellent communication skills ME (UAE) experience Trained in advanced sales and consultative sales practices Proven work experience in Business Development Manager or similar role across the UAE Appropriate experience with Key Account Management Ability and proven experience to understand and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and ROI for clients Enviable black book of contacts Proven track record of managing a highly driven sales team Understanding of the events and production industry highly desirable
