About the Role Were currently looking to hire an experienced Government Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team, the GRE’s main role is to achieve educational approvals & licenses for school, staff and students and to provide the school with updated and accurate information relating to educational authorities/ regulators regulations and procedures.
Other duties and responsibilities would also include:
Applying for any special approvals (if applicable) in line with GEMS and Ministry expectations.
Planning and organising student registrations and coordinating with parents regarding required documents so that registrations are completed within agreed timelines.
Ensuring that the submission of the end of year results, students promotion & transfer etc. are completed within an agreed time frame.
Liaising with ICT support to compile and generate Ministry required student records (manual or online records).
Planning new staff registration and coordinating with staff and/ or HR regarding documents (as applicable) so that all staff are registered with relevant Government entities.
Guiding staff on requirements for equivalency of documents and following up on the same to ensure all staff are fully approved by concerned governing authorities.
Guiding and supporting staff with queries related to MOE, SPEA and such similar Govt. authorities.
Translating all rules, regulations and circulars in English for the school management
