HR Officer
Job Location : UAE
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role in the UAE
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
• Experience working with multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
