Job Description: Planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across all digital networks
Planning the social content calendars and managing all the group social media handles/platforms
Monitoring and managing the community such as META, Google etc.
Managing paid digital marketing mediums – retargeting, social media, programmatic, prospecting, PPC, affiliates etc.
Working with the website team to develop and manage the website digital campaign landing pages
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the customers
Drafting digital marketing calendars in line with business/brand plans and managing budget trackers for all the divisions
Compiling reports received from agencies for the various digital & social media campaigns. Analyzing and recommending inferences to enhance future campaigns
Handling online PR with external stakeholders
Managing and monitoring influencer marketing initiatives regionally based on brand, category and groups interest
Reporting monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual digital performance of the groups initiatives to the top management
Driving the ecommerce business through performance marketing to result in an incremental ROI
Executing ongoing digital health checks for Groups online mediums and conducting an internal audit for our channels quarterly
Staying current with new digital marketing venues and using those as part of the overall marketing strategy
Executing any other functional duties as and when required
PROFILE: Bachelors in Marketing/digital marketing or relevant field
Certified in Digital Marketing courses (SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media)
Should have expertise in SEO
Current and updated in the digital marketing technology space & best practices
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Preferably with a retail or an advertising agency background servicing luxury and fashion brands
Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, Display, Programmatic advertising, CRM initiatives, on site marketing, SEM and other digital tools
Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Must be a team player and a lateral thinker
Proven experience in Digital Marketing with minimum 5-7 years in the GCC
Valid UAE Driving License
