The Residential Specialist’ (Indoor Sales) responsibility covers the country of operation across all regions.
He / She is accountable for developing sales initiatives that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to
the target accounts across the Branch.
Responsibilities
Achieving their individual new sales generated targets by Line of Business:
o Pest Management services
o Hygiene – Germ Control (Selected Germ Control services defined and rolled-out by the
BDM & Residential ASM based on country specifics)
o Trade – Products (Selective products defined and rolled-out by the BDM
& Residential ASM based on country specifics)
• Renewing contracts for all client types:

o Ensuring profitability of clients upon renewal through assessment of their journey
throughout the year
o Applying the annual price increase set by their BDM throughout the year
o Evaluating client satisfaction reports
o Performing early risk assessment when applicable
• Implementing the sales strategy developed by the Area Sales Manager to attain the monthly sales
targets, goals, renewals, and profitability
• Maintaining current clients and identifying potential old and new clients through preplanned
courtesy calls
• Answering and attending to all enquiries received on a daily basis
• Drafting new and renewal offers for existing clients and prospects
• Negotiating with clients via phone or email the shared offer
• Maintaining a good database of clients on Rentokil Boecker® systems
• Following up consistently with the operation department on renewal of contracts, treatments
done etc.
• Generating Sales Renewal Reports
• Providing exceptional after sales support to clients
• Conducting sales presentations via telephone for prospects in a professional and effective manner
and informing them how they can benefit from having the safest sustainable solution for health,
property and the environment through their use of Rentokil Boecker® services
• Growing and expanding Rentokil Boecker® offerings to General Accounts through the different
lines of business allocated to them
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Sales and customer service
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Capability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
