We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Administrator to join our company. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. Your primary responsibilities will include payroll management, HR administration management, and general administration tasks. We require a university graduate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, along with fluent English proficiency. Arabic language skills are considered a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
2. Develop HR information system. Maintain accurate employee records.
3. Assist in recruitment processes by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
4. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and completing necessary paperwork such as employment visa, medical insurance, etc..
5. Handle employee queries regarding benefits, leaves, and general HR policies and procedures.
6. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
7. Support HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
8. Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, memos, and reports.
Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in a similar HR role.
3. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6.Familiarity with payroll processing systems and HR information systems.
7.Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
8.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
