Welkin is looking for a full-time Female Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Dubai working as a Business Development Executive in a Marketing/Social Media Agency.

Job responsibilities:
– maintain and develop relationships with new clients in person, via phone calls and emails;
– seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
– set up meetings with potential clients
– promote services to potential clients
– negotiate and close deals
– collaborate with the team to achieve better results
– aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Requirements for the candidate:
– 3+ years of experience in Dubai working in Sales in a marketing or advertising agency is a MUST
– Proficiency in English
– Arabic language is an advantage
– Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
– Experience in cold calls
– Fast learner and passion for sales
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Dubai driver’s license is an advantage, but not a must
