Review procedures and policies to ensure compliance
Support all other HR-related functions

Conducts phone screens on candidates.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedules interviews.
Performs HRIS data entry – demographics, address changes, benefits, etc.
Conducts exit interviews for voluntary
Maintains confidential personnel files.
Assists with benefits administration.
Schedules and conducts new hire meetings and paperwork.
Coordinates offers of employment to scribes
by obtaining background check consent forms.
Order and manage background checks, providing any necessary follow up and
coordination with the background check company.
Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
Assists executives with projects.
