Procurement Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Job Responsibilities :
• Verify and update supplier information and data
• Record and maintain procurement documentation including shipping and invoicing documents
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and escalate deviations
• Maintain and update procurement deadlines, including material reports
• Liaise with other departments within the organization to confirm procurement requirements
• Assist with sourcing and identifying new vendors or suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase orders on behalf of the procurement team
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed
Preferred Minimum Qualifications :
• 2 years of experience in a procurement organization
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills, including liaising with international suppliers
• Adept in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to maintain confidential information
