Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the fitout and maintenance industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
•Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
•Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
2.Client Relationship Management:
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
•Understand clients’ needs and requirements to offer tailored fitout and maintenance solutions.
•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our services.
•Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
3.Sales and Negotiation:
•Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
•Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
•Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
•Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare sales reports.
4.Team Collaboration:
•Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
•Communicate effectively with colleagues to share market insights, client feedback, and sales strategies.
•Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of [2] years of experience in a similar role.
•Experience in the fitout and maintenance industry is highly desirable.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
