We Are looking for a potential candidate who can work as E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST with the knowledge of IT SUPPORT.
Primarily responsible for presenting and selling company products and services via e-commerce channels. This includes the management of company e-commerce website , Amazon.ae, noon.com and other additional digital marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities
- knowledge in making a website and marketing the same on search engines and other social media.
- Having Experience in handling e-commerce Websites
- Manage online content for products including product details, images, prices etc. Ensure the accuracy of the data through online research or by communicating with the vendors
- Analytical skills to use Google tools and other social media websites for Marketing
- Generate and implement new initiatives to increase online sales and profitability
- Establishing and monitoring prices for all products in the e commerce channel
- Monitor changes in website traffic or increase in sales
- Install and maintain servers, Active Directory, User rights management, Group policy management,
- Installing and configuring computer networks and systems
- Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
- Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete
- Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
- Working with IT support personnel
- Providing network administration and support
- Troubleshooting any IT issues
- Network administration and maintenance
