The hotel booking agent will be responsible for assisting customers with hotel bookings, answering questions about hotel amenities and services, and resolving customer issues. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with hotel bookings in-person, over the phone, or online
– Answer customer questions about hotel amenities, services, and policies
– Resolve customer issues related to hotel bookings, refunds, or cancellations
– Process hotel reservations and payments accurately
– Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings and inventory
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
– Assist with event planning and coordination
