We are currently in requirement of An Administrator who can handle the following:
· Overall in-charge of Human Resources / Administrative
· Performs recruitment and job posting.
· Carry out implementation of Company Policy and Regulations
· Ensures organized and safekeeping of all confidential documents and computer-based information related to the company.
· In-charge of Finance roles and responsibility
· Prepares Payroll, Pay Slip, Invoice(s) and Receipt(s).
· Monitors payment, bank transactions and outstanding – Manages Petty Cash and other related company expenses.
· Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
· Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed.
