We are looking for a people-oriented Marketing Coordinator for our dynamic Middle East Africa & Asia Pacific (MEAAP) Area Team based in Dubai.

If you have experience in a fast-paced marketing support function or similar, then this could be the ideal role for you
Reporting to the Head of Marketing MEAAP, you will support professional marketing management across the Area.

As a proactive member of the MEAAP Marketing Team, you will support our country Marketing partners in their daily business.

Job Description

Point of contact for country organizations and suppliers with a particular focus on marketing communications General coordination with internal stakeholders to support content creation and publishing approvals for social media posts, project editorials, press releases, and website content Preparation of design briefs for sales promotions, flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc.

according to corporate design guidelines Publishing support to maintain and update MEAAP wide sales and marketing collateral including flyers, brochures and presentations Maintain filing system of marketing collateral and promotional items Marketing project management assistance for a broad range of topics including trade fair organization and market research Initiate marketing best-practice sharing

Qualifications

Qualification in business administrations, marketing or related field Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities Professional and enthusiastic demeanor Strong prioritisation, organisation, and project management skills Ideally experience working with corporate design guidelines Reliable and confident individual with a friendly attitude Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders on all levels Understanding of working in a matrix environment focused on collaboration, mutual support, and networking Confident in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point
