Job Description

We’re hiring a salesperson to promote and sell our glass and aluminium products for supply and installation projects across the UAE. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with architects and contractors, presenting our products, preparing quotes, and closing deals. Your goal is to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, networking, and proactive outreach.
Establish and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, project managers, and other key stakeholders in the industry to generate sales leads and build a strong referral network.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to prepare accurate and competitive project proposals, including detailed quotes, specifications, and timelines.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring a win-win situation for both the company and the client.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects, including timely delivery, efficient installation, and satisfactory after-sales service.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the glass and aluminium industry or a related field within the UAE market.
Strong knowledge of glass and aluminium products, including their technical aspects, applications, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
