Female assistant required in construction materials trading company. The candidate must be a graduate having at least 5 years relevant experience in the UAE. The candidate must possess excellent written & oral communication skills in English. Advance user of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc). Organized and should have attention to detail. Candidate should have fundamental accounting and finance knowledge.

Tasks will be to assist in:
(1) general administration (2) prepare documents for bookkeeping (3) follow-up and plan quality control visits (4) coordination within the team (5) handle some new projects on her own Since we are a small, but fast growing company, we need somebody who is heads on and has the right energy, can work with limited supervision and is not afraid to face some challenges.
