Emirates National Oil Company(ENOC) LLC Hiring for Auto Mechanic at Dubai Full Time

Job Purpose
To maximize repair and service quality of the Auto Care site and in field using the Mobile van workshop.
Dimensions
1. Responsible for drive the mobile workshop to request destination.
2. Assure that all repairs and services are done properly all the time.
3. Responsible to abide RTA traffic rules, Van cleanliness and safety measures.
4. Monitor the van equipment service maintenance and functionalities.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by:
a. Arriving at the requested exact location on time.
b. Making the right diagnosis regarding the customer’s concern.
c. Providing accurate service/product charges and issuance of VIR.
Principal Accountabilities
1. DRIVER
a. Ensure to deliver the on-field auto service to customers on time.
b. Maintain organize travel schedule.
c. Carry out maintenance checks of Mobile van service.
d. Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and area of destination as per RTA rules.
2. TECHNICAL
a. Assures that he is up to date in his job knowledge of the latest vehicles.
b. Performs the following work which will include but not limited to
 Vehicle Breakdown Trouble Shooting
 Tire Fitting, Battery Installation
 Brake repair
 Periodic Maintenance
 A/C repair
 Other electrical/mechanical repairs related to vehicles.
3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
a. Promote integrity of the ENOC Autopro name through honest and efficient service.
b. Ensure the quality of workmanship on all installation and services performed accurately the first time.
c. Thoroughly explaining needed repairs to the customer so that he/she is clear on what we will do to his car.
d. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all services as promised.
e. Show and tell the customer the parts changed/serviced on his/her car.
4. SAFETY
a. Adhere to comply with safety guidelines and process related to equipment and work instructions
b. Attain optimum safety audit scores form HSE inspector to improve or exceed corporate safety rankings.
c. Maintain effective housekeeping and report any near-miss or risks to line manager to prevent safety hazards.
Minimum Requirements:

b) Automobile Diploma/Graduate up to college level.
c) At least 4 years knowledge and experience in Automotive repair which will cover the various fields:
1. Advance knowledge in Gasoline Vehicle maintenance repair.
2. Vehicle Breakdown Trouble Shooting
3. Tire Fitting & Battery Installation
4. Wheel alignment
5. Brake repair
6. Periodic Maintenance
7. A/C repair
8. Other electrical/mechanical repairs related to vehicles.
d) Customer focused. With a great dedication for customer service.
e) Average communication proficiency in both speaking and writes English. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is an advantage but not required.
