Job Purpose
To maximize the sales and profitability of the ENOC Auto Care Branch in terms of products and services.
1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
a. Promote integrity of the ENOC AUTO CARE name through honest and efficient service.
b. Ensure the quality of workmanship on all installation and services performed the first time.
c. Thoroughly explaining needed repairs to the customer so that he/she is clear on what we will do to his car.
d. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all services as promised so as to conform to the standard vehicle delivery time.
e. Ensure prompt response and resolution complaint in order to manage customer satisfaction.
h. Test drive the customer’s vehicle in order to assure that the vehicle’s problems have been addressed.
2. SALES
a. Ensure the thoroughness and completeness of vehicle inspection in order to have accurate estimates.
b. Increasing add on sales as determined by the customer needs in order to optimize sales.
d. Ensure effective communication and customer so as to seek clarity in his concerns.
e. Understanding of needs and services at the time of sale.
f. Utilizes proper telephone management techniques to promote proper scheduling, traffic flow and telephone conversions.
g. Support a promotional program.
h. Maintain a comfortable and pleasant work environment.
i. Conduct weekly store meetings to address problems and increase store performance.
j. Respond properly to customer’s inquiries and needs.
k. Improves his site’s market share by regularly learning, understanding and reporting his trade area’s competitive environment.
l. Ensure appropriate inventories are maintained for product availability.
3. PROFITABILITY
1.) Appropriate scheduling of man-hours
2.) Review and audit incentives computation
3.) Review Profit and Loss statement monthly
4.) Achieve and exceed store targets and goals
5.) Manage controllable expenses
6.) Manage the facility and equipment operations to maximize cost savings through preventative maintenance program, effective housekeeping program.
7.) Review monthly financial g. statement for accuracy.
5. SAFETY
b. Enforce safety rules and procedures, including proper use of protective equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
a) High School graduate up to College Graduate level( Automobile). Graduate of Mechanical Engineering will be at an advantage.
b) Minimum of 3 year experience as Site manager of a car service shop.
h) Good proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is an advantage but not required.
j) Required to get a UAE driver’s license.
