TAROT, which stands for The Accelerated Refinement Of Talent, is a program designed for candidates who want to fast-track their development. The program spans 12 months and offers opportunities for progressive growth. As a TAROT Management Trainee, you will have the chance to tailor your training experience to your learning style, effectively allowing you to “create your own deck.” You will be responsible for a range of duties and responsibilities.
Proactively pursue opportunities for learning and assignments that align with the Development Plan.
Make the most of the mentoring, feedback, training, and assignment opportunities offered.
Build and grow a network of contacts within the property and the company.
Ensure effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor, and Corporate Vice President.
Meet deadlines for assigned projects.
Submit all necessary reports in a timely manner.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
To be considered for this position, you need to possess a higher education degree and have a deep passion for hospitality. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal English language skills, maintain a polished personal appearance, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using computers will be an advantage. Please note that only applicants who are UAE Nationals will be considered.
