Roles and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and enable clients to purchase properties for a fair price
• Actively source new client through marketing and advertising initiatives
• Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospective properties
• Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits
• Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market
• Advertise and promote local properties for sale
• Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property
• Successful onboarding of channel partners using the existing market network
• Stay on top of deadlines and deliveries
• Stay updates with real estate trends by reading journals, attending conferences, etc.
• Follow all local and state real estate laws and regulations
