Job Description:
Monitoring regulatory changes
Supervision of the implementation of regulatory, legal and other change requirements in the fund area (e.g. setting up/adjusting processes/coordinating prospectus updates)
Implementation of supervisory and contractual obligations from the Disclosure and Taxonomy Ordinance
Mediation function for ESG questions between internal and external contact persons
Job Requirements:
University degree in economics or law, ideally with a focus on banking or sustainable finance or comparable bank-specific training with relevant further training
Several Years Of Professional Experience In An Investment Company
Good knowledge of fund legislation, regulatory requirements and circulars
Experience with ESG/sustainability is an advantage
Confident handling of common MS Office products
