Key Responsibilities

• Passing all accounting entries in accounting system (Sales, purchase, bank, credit cards etc.,)
• Bank reconciliation, Cheque issuance, follow ups.
• Well versed n Tally ERP system and MS Office.
• Credit card Top ups, Payment to suppliers, remittance etc.,
• Manage month-end and year-end closing transactions
• Good hand on managing petty cash
• Reconciling the Vendor/Supplier’s statement of accounts on monthly and solving the discrepancy and preparing the payment/receipt

Required Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree holder of Commerce (B.Com.,)
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting in the UAE.
• Knowledge of VAT.
• Versatile / various accounting software knowledge would be a plus.
• Good understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality.
