Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Controller/ Secretary to join our team! In this role you will get to manage document flow on the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performs a variety of document control functions for a project or department.
- Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department.
- Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Diploma (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years of prior document control experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experienced with Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
