FIELDCORE Hiring for Tooling Logistics Coordinator at Dubai Full Time

FieldCore is looking for an exceptional Logistics Coordinator to join our Tooling and Logistics team based in UAE (local nationals preferred).

Let’s Talk about the Role

As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for the import and export movements of FieldCore tooling. You will take care of Inventory control and the ETM tooling system with a direct link to Sourcing, implementation of logistics procedures, analysis, and administration.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Accurate data management in ETM
• Maintain and reconcile all shipping (Outbound and Inbound) cost submissions by working with the Freight forwarder billing team
• Close monitoring on all the active BGs and prompt follow for retrieval.
• Tracking on Carnet status for shipments completed under ATA Carnet application and on time notification to Site team for extension alert.
• On time alert to operation team on return shipment based on return date commitment by OM in initial stage.
• Classification and compliance of tooling
• Dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business
• Work with local transport companies to ensure on time deliveries, log performances of the carriers to
• ensure they meet the required standards and set KPI`s.
• Be primary link between the Tooling Coordinators and the international shipment of tools to ensure on time and smooth delivery.
• Deal with any customs issues of getting tooling into difficult countries, by working with our logistic provider.
• Have control of the ETM system and to Work closely with the Tooling Coordinators/Supervisors to ensure that Inventory control, Calibrations, Billing, and Closure of work orders are carried out.
• Work continuously with the Tooling Coordinator and Tooling Manager to improve systems and procedures relating to both Tooling and Logistics.
• Be the link to Sourcing and the Regional Tooling Manager to determine tooling needs to support the Region and our Customers.

Skills for Success

You should be a logistics and planning professional with critical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills. It would be highly beneficial if you:

• Are customer focussed with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and as part of a cross functional team
• Have working knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office including Smartsheet’s
• Have experience with supply chain logistics management systems such as SAP and reporting

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
