Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage administrative tasks and provide support to the agents in their day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence professionally and promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safekeeping of sensitive information.
Showcase properties effectively by utilizing Google Maps and other online platforms.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases using Excel sheets.
Perform market research, gather data, and assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.
Assist with organizing events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
Prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and proactively identify areas where support is needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.
Proficient in using Google Maps for property touting and navigating efficiently.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
