Dolce Mondo Trading LLC Hiring for HR Manager Job at Dubai

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.

Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals.

Process documentation relating to personnel activities (training, grievances, certificates, letters etc).

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.

Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

Coordinate initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.

Process documentation relating to personnel activities (training, grievances, certificates, letters etc).

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).

Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

Assists with planning and execution of employee engagement activities, organization-wide meetings, and other internal/external events organized by HRD.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good knowledge of UAE labor law.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
