Job Description

Our client, who is a Real Estate brokerage startup is looking to hire a strategic and results-driven Sales Director for their Dubai office.

You should be someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and leverages outstanding interpersonal communication. Must have an in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market in Dubai. Solutions and data-focused with a people-first attitude, you will also need to create a long-term strategy, sales tactics, business plan, budget, policies processes and sales contracts for the company.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing a high-performing team of property consultants / real estate agents with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer solutions
• Develop new business, attracting international investors to new projects and bring in creative ideas to develop retail, commercial, residential and leisure properties
• Drafting and finalising all agreements related to sales, lease, joint ventures and agencies
• Contribute in finalising company KPI’s for the sales team along with the HR Department
• Contribute towards the development of training programs for the team
• Manage a large portfolio in all aspects (sales, residential and leasing, property management etc)
• Develop SOP’s, implement operational strategies to increase portfolio revenue streams
• Oversee cashflow and budget allocations.
• Manage the sales process and cycle for large-scale projects in the UAE by generating sales leads, negotiating contract terms and conditions and closing on sales leads

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-6 years as Sales Head / Sr. Sales Manager in a Real Estate brokerage firm
• Ability to bring own clientele on board
• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
• RERA qualification
